If you receive your shipment and the contents are broken or damaged, please notify us immediately by calling our toll free number 1-888-344-3086. Damage claims must be submitted within 5 days from the date you received your package. Please make a copy of your shipping invoice, circle the damaged item, include a brief description of damage and mail the Damaged Product in a leak proof bag (such as a resealable plastic bag) along with your original shipping invoice to:
